WDS Warehouse Management Systems are capable of managing the simplest to the most-complex supply chain systems.
Powered by TSX™
Begin with a powerful data engine.
TSX™ Underpinnings:
Data driven.
The architecture in TSX™ revolves around your data, not the system.
On-premise or the cloud - you choose.
TSX™ has a lightweight footprint allowing it to be deployed on-site without the need for cost-prohibitive hardware. Or kick it to the the cloud and let WDS maintain it.
Access the data any way you want.
Desktop, tablet, mobile - access your data and dashboards from any device. Custom integration is a snap with a full suite of APIs and web services.
Flexible
Integrate technology to meet your needs.
Nothing too large or too small
10 or 10,000,000+ SKUs? No problem. 5 or 5,000 users? No problem. 1 truck or a fleet of 1,000? Yeah, that too.
As a standalone or part of a complex supply chain system
TSX™ has been deployed in all types of organizations and integrated with many off-the-shelf and/or internally developed, custom solutions.
Track whatever you need
TSX™ WMS has the capability to handle the most-complex transactions, transfers, and tracking.
Scalable
Future proof for success.
Expand without sacrificing speed.
Network Infrastructure
WDS can help build or streamline your network for speed no matter how many devices connect to it.
User Base
As your company grows, so will the number of users and vendors on your system. Don't think that it's a problem? Remember that hotel internet? Don't let that happen to your company.
Big Data
At WDS, "Big Data" is more than a buzz word; it's what we do - thousands upon thousand of transactions tracked with perfect cadence and visibility.
Profitable
In the end, it's all about profitability.
TSX™ WMS is about increasing efficiencies while lowering costs.
Increase Sales

WDS
When selecting a WMS, here is why WDS makes sense:
INBOUND RECEIPTS:
TSX™ eliminates all manual data entry for the receipts represented on a PO. Once the items are scanned on the dock, the client host is updated. Even if the data is sent to the host and stored in a staging table for review prior to posting, the fact is that data entry clerks are not required to data enter the receipts from packing lists and handwritten notes. (30% labor savings over manual processes)
Also eliminated are the inherent data entry errors associated with hand notations on documents, i.e. transposed digits, unrecognizable handwriting…etc. (2%-5% savings in receiving labor)
Items over-shipped are caught on the dock, not after the fact during data entry. (5% savings in receiving labor)
TSX™ Receive By Exception module has a significantly positive impact on the receipts that have many line items. Although we recommend the Receive By Exception be limited to high line number count POs, when they are received the method to process the shipment is fast and efficient. (70% savings – average - for receipts of 25 lines or more-. Significantly higher savings for 50-100 line receipts)
Coordination with the vendors could also introduce faster processing of receipts, i.e. Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) files, or vendor-provided product labeling. (5%-10% savings in receiving labor)
Lot Number and Expiration Date validation is done in real-time, on the dock. Expiration Date values may be identified to alert the user to items being received that will expire earlier than allowed. (100% savings of any receipts with invalid expiration dates)
OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS:
TSX™ automated Order Picking also eliminates the need for data entry of the pick lists. All of the same efficiency, speed, and accuracy realized in the Receive module are also realized in the Picking module. (30% labor savings over manual processes)
Even greater savings are realized when orders are picked accurately, at the stockroom/warehouse location. Wrong items being picked are stopped at the moment of picking, not after the fact during packing or shipping. With the error caught in real-time, the time and motion of moving wrongs items to the packing or shipping areas is eliminated. (20% labor savings estimate for overall correction of picking errors – wrong item restocked and correct item picked-)
First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) rules are enforced by the system during picking. The rules are driven by the Lot/Expiration captured during receiving and identified via Inventory Control Number (ICN) labeling. Overrides are allowed as an ‘exception transaction’ or with Supervisor Password. (5%-10% reduction in expired product)
Picking errors not caught:(A) Shipping costs, (B) Customer relation costs, (C) Errors in ‘customer favor’ never reported by customer. (estimate 50%-75% of order profit, or higher in low margin industries)
INVENTORY VISIBILITY:
Enterprise-Wide Inventory Visibility allows significant savings in reordering of stock items, i.e. overstocked at branches may be redistributed throughout. (5%-7% enterprise-wide stock-level reduction)
Market trends are easier to recognize and proactively exploit to benefit the organization. The Trending Module of TSX™ presents reorder quantities based on multiple factors. (Hard to factor, but 2%-5% enterprise-wide stock-level reduction is a reasonable early expectation, numbers improve with accumulated trending data)
INVENTORY CYCLE COUNTS:
Significant time savings are realized over manual counting procedures: (Most clients reduce the overall inventory counting and reconciliation effort in the area of 70%):
TSX™ eliminates all data entry for the count sheets.
Transposed digits are eliminated.
Post-count inventory movement in the manual process makes it difficult (or impossible) to reconcile when out-of-balance items are picked and shipped before reconciliation is completed. With the automated TSX™ System, all inventory movement is recorded in real-time, and as such is applied to the reconcile process to maintain true representation of quantities that change post-count.
In real-time, quantities entered by the users are compared to the current level shown by the TSX™ System. If they do not match, the handheld alerts the user in real-time to count again. This double-check significantly reduces the recount activity for all counts.
PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD):
TSX™ System provides a high caliber of accuracy with shipments. The POD module extends this real-time validation and accuracy out to the customer’s site. Driver mistakes during delivery are reduced or eliminated. (5%-10% savings via reduction of disputed invoices, redeliveries, order cancelations for missing items)
Via the POD system’s connectivity, confirmed deliveries are sent back to corporate in real-time, thereby allowing faster customer invoicing. (10%-50% improved cash flow – based on customer arraignments/agreements)
Returned goods are identified immediately and are communicated to the WMS as an ‘expected receipt’. (3% labor savings –accounting/customer credits)
